Returns & Refunds Policy

This Policy covers refunds, reschedules and cancellations for our in-person training only. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1) Summary

  • All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If we postpone/cancel an in-person course for reasons outside your control, we will offer priority rebooking or a full refund of the training fee.
  • We do not cover travel, accommodation or loss of income.

2) Group Minimums

  • Group courses run with 2 or more students.
  • If you are the only student booked 5 days before the course date, we will reschedule you to a future date.

3) Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • If we must postpone, change or cancel an in-person course for reasons outside your control, we will offer priority rebooking or a full refund of the training fee.
  • We do not reimburse travel, accommodation or lost earnings.

4) Price Changes

  • We may change prices or run promotions at any time. After you book, the price paid is final — we do not refund later price reductions.
