Russian Manicure & BIAB – Private 1:1 Training

Already working with nails, but still struggling to achieve the results you want?

Maybe you’re spending too much time on removal, unsure which e-file bits to use, struggling with clean cuticle work, or still having to file your BIAB after application.

This one-to-one training is designed to help you understand what’s going wrong, correct your technique and improve your results.

  • Russian Manicure – Understand what Russian manicure involves and learn the correct steps to achieve a clean, safe manicure.
  • Fast & Safe Removal – Learn how to remove gel products quickly and safely using an e-file, without damaging the natural nail.
  • Understanding E-File Bits – Understand which drill bits you actually need, what each bit is used for and how to choose the right one for each stage of your manicure.
  • E-File Cuticle Preparation – Learn how to prepare the cuticle safely and precisely using an e-file. Understand which steps affect the cleanliness of your final result.
  • Cuticle Cutting – Learn how to cut the cuticle cleanly and safely using scissors or nippers, avoiding common mistakes.
  • Nail Shaping – Learn how to create clean, symmetrical nail shapes with even sidewalls and a balanced free edge.
  • BIAB Application – Learn how to apply BIAB smoothly and evenly using a self-levelling technique, without the need for additional surface filing.
  • Gel Polish Application – Learn how to apply gel polish neatly and close to the cuticle without flooding the skin.
  • Nail Photography Practice – Learn how to take beautiful nail photos for Instagram, including lighting, camera angles and hand positioning.

Training details

Course information

  • Location: 📍📍 Newmarket, Suffolk
  • Duration: 1 day – Approximately 8 hours
  • Group size: Private 1:1 Training – One student only
  • Preparation: Before the training, you will receive a training manual with video demonstrations by email. Please review these in advance so we can spend more time on practical training, improving your technique and working on the areas where you need the most support.
  • Hours:
    • • 10:00 – 17:00/18:00 : Approximately
  • Structure: Personal guidance, demonstrations and feedback from me throughout the training. Hands-on practice on yourself or on a model you bring. If needed, I can try to arrange a model for you, subject to availability. A model cannot be guaranteed.
  • Materials: All professional tools, equipment and materials will be provided, including your training manual. You don't need to bring anything apart from your lunch.
  • Lunch: Please bring your own lunch. Coffee, tea, water and snacks will be provided. There is also a Co-op supermarket approximately 5 minutes' walk from the training venue.
  • Certification: ABT Certificate of Completion.
