1:1 Aesthetic Pedicure Course is designed for experienced nail techs who want to level up their pedicure results and deliver that ultra-clean, polished finish clients notice immediately.
During this private training, we combine Russian-style cuticle preparation with dry callus removal using a pedicure disk, then finish with gel polish applied under the cuticles for a flawless, long-lasting look. You’ll learn how to work efficiently, safely, and hygienically, adapting your technique to different skin types and foot conditions—so every set leaves feet smooth, neat, and “fresh for weeks.”
The pedicure disk is a specialised e-file attachment with a flat round surface that removes dry callus gently but effectively—no water, no harsh softeners—making the treatment quicker, cleaner, and more comfortable while achieving silky-smooth results.
Because this is a 1:1 course, you’ll have my full attention all day. The training is tailored to your current level, speed, and goals. You’ll work alongside me, get instant feedback, ask unlimited questions, and repeat techniques until you feel confident—so you leave ready to offer a premium pedicure service that keeps clients coming back.
What you will learn
- Pedicure Tools and Equipment – Understanding and using the correct tools for safe, efficient work.
- Contraindications – Recognising when pedicure services should be avoided.
- Nail Trimming & Shaping – Preventing ingrown nails and achieving the correct shape.
- Cuticle Preparation (Russian Style Pedicure) – Using pedicure and flame bits for clean and precise prep.
- Safe Cuticle Trimming – Removing cuticles safely without over-trimming.
- Gel Coating for Pedicures – Selecting the right gel for durability and client comfort.
- Gel Polish Under Cuticles – Applying gel polish seamlessly for a long-lasting, “grown from the cuticle” look.
- Skin Polishing – Removing dry skin to achieve a smooth, healthy appearance.
- Dry Callus Removal (Disk Pedicure) – Using the pedicure disk for quick, safe callus removal without soaking or softening products.

Course information
- Location: 📍📍 Newmarket, Suffolk
- Duration: Flexible (depends on selected course)
- Group size: 1 student (private training)
- Preparation: Before the training, you will receive a training manual with video demonstrations by email. Please read and watch these in advance. This way, you’ll already be familiar with the structure, and during the training we can focus mainly on hands-on practice with a model.
- Hours:
- • 10:00 – 17:00/18:00 : approximately
- Structure: Available for all courses in my training programme. Same high-quality content as group classes but delivered one-on-one. Models provided (unless you wish to bring your own).
- Materials: Includes all course materials, printed manual, and a certificate upon completion.
- Lunch: Please bring your own lunch. On the training day, you will have access to coffee, tea, water, and snacks. If you don’t have time to prepare lunch, there is a Co-op supermarket just 5 minutes’ walk from the training venue.
- Certification: ABT Certificate of Completion (allows you to apply for insurance and purchase professional products).
